naNO Vapor da MuscleTech è un prodotto estremamente forte, perciò faccia molta attenzione! Cominci con lo sciogliere 1 cucchiaio (1 dose) in 230-350ml d'acqua da bere durante 15 minuti prima dell'allenamento.
