First carnitine I tried (long ago), and in combination with low calorie low carb etc. it gave great results (on me); I also noticed a significant reduction in the negative effects after heavy cheating.
After some time, after trying other ALC from different brands, I still think the powder is the best, and perhaps more effective than pills.
