How to take Animal PAK
Individuals with a body weight not exceeding 80Kg, can benefit from taking a PAK (sachet) at breakfast or during the meal before training.
For those who weigh over 80Kg, the dosage can reach up to 2 sachets per day, to be taken separately always on a full stomach. In both cases it is important to maintain adequate hydration (1,5-2lt of water per day) and it is essential to respect a varied diet but rich in micro and macronutrients that can support the mechanism of action of Animal PAK .
