BCAAs 6400
Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are an important group of essential amino acids consisting of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. BCAAs are among the nine essential amino acids for humans, because our body is unable to produce them. The only sources of supply are through daily nutrition or dietary supplementation.
On the other hand, they account for 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins. Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are indispensable amino acids provided by different dietary protein intakes. BCAAs can be consumed as supplements, especially recommended for intense workouts or demanding physical work. In BCAAs 6400 they contain a 2: 1: 1 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine.
