Isotec Endurance

Food supplement based on carbohydrates with vitamins and minerals.
Isotec Endurance presents an innovative carbohydrate formula that combines three different sources of carbohydrates with different absorption rates, with a pool of mineral salts for saline integration in an isotonic formulation designed to optimize assimilation and not cause intestinal problems. It also contains Vitamin C and E.

Resistance training with or without weights can reduce energy stores and cause a loss of fluids and electrolytes. Hot and humid environments can further reinforce this process causing a decrease in performance. For this it can be useful to replenish the lost nutrients. Isotec Endurance provides a "tri-carb" source which means 3 carbohydrates with different characteristics.

The carbohydrate and electrolyte drink contributes to the maintenance of performance during prolonged endurance exercises. Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg (provided by a portion of Isotec Endurance) in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
