this is the first time I approach pre-workouts, lately training in the evening after a day of work was starting to get tiring.
at the moment I have always kept on half the dose (5g) only when necessary, a little intimidated by the excessive amount of caffeine, it will be that I am not used to it but it feels and like, focus and energy throughout the training so much that I am I had to force myself to stop otherwise I would have added other exercises so much I was charged.
small personal note, after trying it I realized that I am not a fan of beta-alanine and its physical effect, documenting it would seem to bring no physical benefit in acute but de gustobus.
I am still satisfied with the product, taste and solubility ok, guaranteed effect

Obviously to be taken with caution given a high dosage of caffeine, but if you do intense workouts and about 5 times a week, it is really the top!

You immediately feel when it acts at the cerebral and peripheral level. Minimum 2 abundant scoops, with one you feel little and nothing, limited duration, a couple of hours then the effect fades.

Best pre wo in relation to quality / price, very similar to c4 that is, you immediately feel that it arrives thanks also to beta alanine which, even exceeding 4gr per dose (only 3,2 is recommended), the tingling becomes noticeable (I love this feature). The arginine complexes are interesting and thanks to synergistic ingredients such as bitter orange the focus is king in this pre workout.
The temptation is strong but don't overdose! One serving already contains 420mg of caffeine (I recommend adding tyrosine) and personally 400mg is enough to make me feel sick, be careful.
Excellent pre workout recommended especially for STIM heads like me.
PS as far as the taste is concerned, it is a sweet melon and as an aftertaste it tends to a sour lemon, it melts well and is easily sipped.

keeps its promises. the boost is perceived as a shock under the skin following a physical stimulus. great for concentration. recommended for linear training in power lifting, supersets and combat sports. I recommend the ALC carnitine 1000 combination of the same brand.

I have been using pre WO for years, some brands promise miracles but on balance the results were visible but never as promised, with this instead the music has changed, the effect is real and lasts throughout the training. Highly recommended for those like me who have unfinished business with cast iron.
