Omega 3 and our other supplements

With a dose of 4 capsules, Omega 3 also helps keep the joints limber. However, it doesn't protect enough cartilage joints to serve as an alternative to other supplements. For this we recommend Glucosamine Sulfate, Chondroitin Sulfate, ASU Forte and Arthro-5. In many cases it may be useful to supplement the use of these substances with Omega 3. 

Recommended use

The recommended dose of Omega 3 is 2 capsules per day to obtain a positive effect on, among other things, the circulatory system, the cardiovascular system, psychophysical well-being, the skin and the nervous system. For a positive effect on the joints it is recommended to take 4 capsules.

The capsules can be taken together or divided over the day. It is recommended to take the capsules with meals or with plenty of water.
Do not ingest more than 6 capsules per day.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a healthy and varied diet.
If you have difficulty swallowing the capsules, you can pierce the soft capsules with a needle. Drain the oil from the capsule and mix it with yoghurt, for example.


Drug Interactions and Warnings

There are no known negative interactions between Omega 3 (fish oil concentrate) and other drugs.

Following the recommended doses, there are no side effects of Omega 3 (fish oil concentrate).

Pregnancy

Fish oil / omega 3 can be used without problems during pregnancy and during breastfeeding! Unsaturated fats have a positive effect on both mother and baby. Among other things, the unsaturated fats in omega 3 fish contribute to the development of the baby's brain.
