Easily beats Optimum Opti-men. Had been using OT for over a year, my immune system was over the roof, switched to Opti-men and got could two times in two months. Never again picking other multi over OT!

It is one of the most complete multivitamins, and even if the price is not the lowest in my opinion it is the best in terms of quality / price ratio! Now I only use this as a multivitamin, and to be honest I think that 4 capsules (instead of the 6 recommended on the label) are sufficient.

I am a multivitamin with such an exceptional profile, I have never tried it or seen it ... to note 30mg of zinc citrate and 100mcg of selenium ... as well as the fundamental absence (for me at least) of iron ... then excellent joint support .. if they feel the results .. definitely better than the Animal pak for practicality and the Anavite for formulation and choices ..

The extra edge is given by the complex for the joints, which is really useful. For the rest it is a truly complete "multi", although perhaps 6 tablets a day might discourage most people.

very complete, excellent from every point of view, plus there is the addition of chondroitin, glucosamine and msm for joint care.
6 tablets are too many, 4 \ 4 tablets a day seem more than enough.
the tablets are huge you have to split them in two to swallow them
