Refund

The customer can request a refund by sending the goods back, within 14 days, sealed and in good condition as he received them. Shipping, except in cases provided for by law, is the responsibility of the customer. Return and replacement

If the products have been received with any damage, the customer must contact us within 3 days and inform us by providing us with details and photos of what happened. We will make arrangements for a possible replacement of the product once the damaged product has returned to our base and has been verified. Products must be sealed and placed in the original box or in a suitable one for return.

Refuse

If the customer does not accept a cash on delivery package, within 5 days he must pay an amount of 15 euros for shipping costs and storage work in the warehouse.
