Now foods products of undisputed quality ... Price a little high, I recommend buying the format with 1 gram capsules, while these are from half ... However excellent taurine ... I recommend mixing it with creatine and carbo towards the end training. The capsules are very comfortable, you can open and pour the powder directly into the shaker, but at least you can count them first to know the exact amount of product ... 4 maximum 5 capsules as a dosage.

Excellent taurine for the work out, the only flaw is the high price in my opinion for 100 cps.
