Universal Uni-Liver The liver is an organ involved in most of the metabolic actions of our body and contains a large reserve of amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Universal Uni-Liver was specifically created from the liver of Argentine cows, subjected to a strict diet for excellent liver health. Free of fat and connective tissues, the liver is dehydrated and immediately subjected to very low temperatures (-18ºC) to preserve its nutritional qualities.
Universal Uni-Liver contains proteins, enzymes, all essential amino acids, including the three branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs - L-valine, L-leucine and L-isoleucine), and even vitamins (especially B complex) and minerals capable of help an excellent metabolism and muscle performance.
