Since Adam came on the market, all other vitamin supplements are no longer needed. In addition to an ideal blend of vitamins and minerals that meet your daily needs, the product also contains 10000IU of beta-carotene from a vegetarian source. 50mg of alpha lipoic acid, a strong metabolic antioxidant not often found in other vitamin supplements, and 15mg of CoQ10. All of this is ideal for men of all ages. The product also contains a high percentage of carotenoids (lycopene and lutein), the key ingredients for prostate and eye health, and ZMA (zinc and magnesium), which is very popular among active people.
