Shipping charges

La Muscle Nutrition has an agreement with UPS, the number one express couriers in Italy. The goods are delivered in person to the chosen address and can be paid conveniently when collecting the goods or in advance as described below. A further convenience for our customers is the storage service at the local branches of the couriers. If for some reason home delivery remains inconvenient it is possible to collect the products at the nearest branch by completing the check out form when ordering. the address of the chosen courier's headquarters. 
It can also be convenient to have parcels delivered to work, prepared and then delivered to the courier to a friend or relative.

The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday. Delivery times are expected to be 24 hours for most Italian locations. The islands and some locations in southern Italy require 48 hours for delivery. Orders received after 16 pm are shipped the next day. It is possible to check the status of your order by tracking, on the order page there is the appropriate button "track your order" with which you are automatically connected to the tracking provided by the courier. Tracking works from 21 pm on the day the package is shipped.

As for abroad, the cost of shipments is specified in the cart at the time of purchase, the prices below refer to Italy.

Notes and Practical Advice

• It is recommendable be at home or leave a few days after placing the order, in any case the departure of the order and its relative tracking number is reported on its own page Orders status when you see your tracking number appear it means that the shipment has started, usually they are entered around 17:00. If you choose a cash on delivery, it will be convenient for you to let the courier find an adequate amount as he may have little change available.
