The smell is a bit strange .. the large tablets (and many) .. cmq remains an excellent multivitamin!

I didn't notice a difference in my way of training.
9 PADS, SOME OF LARGE SIZE, ARE REALLY MANY TO MANDAR DOWN.
THEY ARE TOO BIG AND THE TASTE DOESN'T HELP.

a basic product in my opinion for muscle growth. there are those who recommend it as a prewo, in fact it gives a little more strength. of course, it is not a substitute for trace elements `` of real food '', however if you eat well, this product is a good surplus
