I suffer from chronic inflammation of the knee from a small accident that occurred years ago, and systematically the ligaments give me problems, let's add that often for work I hold courses for 9 hours on my feet, and I forced my ligaments to bear a weight well above the current one. This is the first product that has attenuated and in different periods canceled the inflammation of the ligaments. Excellent product even if it has a not very high msm value, but it fully performs its duty in preserving cartilage and tendons during very calistenic wods.

I would recommend taking two caps on a full stomach mainly for those who have fairly simple joint pains such as the typical pains in the elbows

very useful product, taking 2 capsules a day after a couple of days you begin to feel less pain in the joints during the exercises, up to a perfect functioning of the joints without annoying pain during and after training. highly recommended!
