Instructions for Use: Mix 1 level tablespoon a day in at least 240ml of water or fruit juice. Due to the fiber content, be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. For those sensitive to fiber, start with 1 tsp per day and gradually increase to 1 tbsp.
