In a small pot, pour 1/2 teaspoon of NOW Real Food ® Agar Powder into 1/2 cup of water.
Let the mixture boil for 5 minutes.
Add the desired fruit or vegetable.
Pour into the mold and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
