Soybean Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Humectant: Glycerin, Purified Water, Color: Iron Oxides and Hydroxides), Alpha Lipoic Acid 17%, Emulsifier: Soy Lecithin, Glazing Agent: White and Yellow Beeswax .

Instructions for Use: Take 1 capsule a day, 30 minutes before meals.
