TST + GH
Express your full potential in a completely natural way.
Growth Hormone (GH) is a protein of 191 amino acid that is produced in the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland (or pituitary gland). It has the important function of directing the growth process, particularly during adolescence. During the hours of sleep, especially during the deepest phase, the hypothalamus regulates the increase in GH production which is a positive hormone since it stimulates protein synthesis and limits the ability to store fat in adipose tissue. After 35-40 years of age, muscle mass undergoes a gradual and continuous decrease and at the same time the percentages of fat mass tend to increase. This process is in fact justified by the drop in GH levels which we naturally produce. The best and most effective way to increase the level of this important hormone is to increase its internal production.
Testosterone, on the other hand, is the most important Hormone male
In men, testosterone is produced in the testes while in women a small amount is produced in the ovaries and adrenal glands. The most important function of testosterone is the development and maintenance of male characteristics, the functioning of the reproductive system and the maintenance and development of muscle mass and a healthy body composition. Furthermore, the correct production of this hormone influences the mood and energy levels in the male. However, with age, the level of testosterone also decreases and it is advisable to stimulate its production with natural means such as exercise, a healthy diet and with special supplements.
Our TST + GH product contains acid D-aspartic (DAA), Arginine-Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG), L-glutamine, L-carnitine, L-tartrate, L-ornithine hydrochloride e L-lysine and, to complete the formula, also the vitamins B5 and B6, magnesium and zinc. Glutamine plays an important role in the metabolism of amino acids, it is in fact involved in the binding between proteins and can function as a source of energy. About 2/3 of muscle tissue is made up of amino acids which is also why glutamine is one of the most popular supplements among athletes. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormone production. Zinc is involved in the regulation of testosterone levels in the blood. Vitamin B5 is involved in the synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, Vitamin D and some neurotransmitters and also in the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

What are they for and why should we never run out of amino acids?
Amino acids are macromolecules that play a multitude of roles throughout the human body and are the basic building blocks of proteins. We are metabolically capable of producing some amino acids (which are therefore called non-essential) while others must be taken with the diet (and are called essential). There are about 20 different types of amino acids that play a role in the construction of protein structures and are essential for the proper functioning of all biological processes such as digestion, liver functions, wound healing, etc. healthy skin, efficient muscles and ligaments and proper functioning of organs, glands and the health of hair and nails. Finally, they are also involved in the production of hormones, neurotransmitters and enzymes. They can also be used directly as an energy source.
