Instructions for Use: Take 3 black liquid capsules in the morning and 3 more in the afternoon. For best results the product should not be taken with meals. Take at least 30 minutes before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not take the product in the 6 hours preceding sleep. Follow the instructions for use. The product should preferably be used on cycles. For best results use on 8-week cycles interspersed with 1 week off.
