The BCAAs contained in this formula are in the classic 2:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine, which is the natural proportion present in the muscle structure. This means there are two parts leucine and one part isoleucine and valine. These amino acids are called essential because they cannot be synthesized naturally by the body and must therefore be supplied through diet and supplementation.

How to use BCAA?
