Tricreatine Malate is a highly soluble compound of creatine that allows a greater increase in the bioavailability of creatine compared to traditional creatines. Tricreatine malate consists of creatine bound with malic acid. Malic acid is an intermediate component of the Krebs cycle, which means that malic acid plays a primary role in the energy production process. Malic acid, combined with the effect of creatine, allows a greater increase in the synthesis of ATP compared to traditional creatine monohydrate. Furthermore, Tricreatine Malato does not require a loading phase.

Instructions for Use: Mix 1 serving (4,5 g = ½ scoop = 1 level spoon) powder with 200 ml of water or fruit juice. Consume 1 serving 20 minutes before training.
