Vitargo is a high molecular weight polysaccharide, obtained through controlled starch hydrolysis processes. Taken during training dissolved in water, given the low osmolarity of the resulting solution, it could be an excellent source of hydration, preventing the decline in performance that inevitably accompanies the dehydration process.
Taken post-workout, the vitargo could favor the resynthesis of muscle glycogen, in a constant way. Like other carbohydrates, but with significant advantages from a kinetic point of view, vitargo could therefore be useful in improving performance and post-workout muscle recovery.
