What is the best time to consume Xtend ORIGINAL? Cover or close the shaker. Shake the shaker quickly with circular movements of the wrist to dilute Xtend. Then once scivation Xtend dissolved in a liquid solution, shake vigorously about 25 times. The shake is ready! For athletes of resistance which they may decide to add Xtend to their backpack water, it is recommended to prepare Xtend in a shaker or carafe and then pour the solution into the hydration system (instead of mixing the powder directly into the backpack because this could block the pipe of the hydration system hydration ). NOTE: If you see any deposits of BCAA on the bottom of the shaker, it is possible that you have not used the right proportions for the dilution, i.e. 1 scoop of Xtend for 240 ml of water.
