Recipe Chocolate and Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Here's a low-calorie protein cookie recipe you can make:

These protein cookies are high in protein and low in calories thanks to the use of low-fat protein powder and low-calorie sweeteners. They're a great option for a nutritious and delicious snack, especially if you're trying to maintain a low-calorie diet or are looking to add protein to your diet.

Ingredients:

1 cup instant oatmeal

1 / 2 cup protein powder low calorie (e.g. whey protein)

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

1 teaspoon of baking powder

A pinch of salt

1/4 cup of peanut butter low in fat

1/4 cup maple syrup or low-calorie sweetener

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2-3 tablespoons low-calorie dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a bowl, mix the oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

In another bowl, mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix well until a dough forms. If desired, add dark chocolate chips.

Take small portions of dough and shape into balls. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and lightly flatten them into biscuits.

Bake the biscuits for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
